3. Purchase Process and Payments

The prices listed include applicable taxes (11.5%) unless otherwise noted. Upon completing their purchase, customers will receive an email confirmation with a summary of the transaction.
4. Memberships and automatic renewals
When purchasing a membership, the user authorizes MAPR to make automatic renewal charges to the selected payment method.
The user can cancel or modify your membership at any time before the renewal date by accessing your account or contacting the Museum.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy

Physical products can be returned or exchanged within a period of 30 calendar days From the date of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused.

No refunds are accepted for: workshops already started, space rentals, active memberships, or donations.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used, within a reasonable timeframe after the request is approved.
6. Store pickup and delivery
The museum offers the option of Store Pickup at no additional cost.
The buyer will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup. Identification and the order number are required.
